Each bike is created to the exact design specifications set forth by Jan Karpiel and subjected to a three-tiered quality inspection process using instrument assisted evaluation methods before being shipped to the select dealer or online seller. Each milestone of frame construction requires a date, signature and an electronic file notation, all of which are recorded in the Quality Assurance packet that accompanies each frame.
